All sales are subject to a1Components.com's Terms and Conditions of Sale.
a1Components.com reserves the right to refuse any order.
All parts come with the original manufacture warranty.
No technical support is provided.
Customer pays return shipping on all services.
Original shipping cost is a service already paid to UPS or USPS for their services. Therefore it will not be refunded under any condition.
All void or change order requests must be done by calling 888-263-6435 during the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm CST. Due to the limitations of email, email requests for void or changes to your order will not be guaranteed.
All orders will be processed within 24 hours. Alternate shipping address verification may take longer.

a1Components.com does not process orders during weekends.

We will process your order the day it is received provided that the following conditions are met:

Order is submitted before 2:00PM CST.
Your transaction and credit card authorization is successfully completed before 2:00PM CST.
Your shipping address matches your credit card billing address (i.e. No alternate ship to address.)
