Return Policy

Refunds and Returns for Online Purchases:

We want to make sure you're completely satisfied with anything you buy from us. If you're not completely satisfied with a Product, a1Components will gladly exchange or refund your purchase within 30 days of the sale date-no hassles. You must notify us of DOA or damaged products within 3 days of receipt.
Shipping is not refundable unless the product is DOA. ALL non-defective free shipping items will be charged a restocking fee to cover the UPS shipping charges incurred by us.

Cerwin Vega Speakers/Subs/Amps:
All returns of non-defective Cerwin Vega products will be charged a restocking fee of up to 30%.  All Cerwin Vega products must be shipped back in their original condition, including the box, packaging and all accessories. Please always ship back the product the same way we shipped it to you.  In the circumstance that you choose to ship the product back to our warehouse by any method other than the shipping services that were utilized to send you the product originally, your will then be liable for any damages that incur in transit to our warehouse (up to the full cost of the product).


Antennas & Pre-Amps:
Because of various conditions that affect receiving a clear signal, you must be sure of the antenna you need, before you purchase one. All non-defective antennas and pre-amplifiers will be charged a restocking fee of 30%.

All Other Products:
For exchange or full refund of a Product, we need the order confirmation or record of purchase in our system. The Product must be in its original condition, including the box, packaging and all accessories. Credits will only be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase. See "Mail Refund" section below for refund information for merchandise returned via mail. We reserve the right to limit the number of returns permitted.

Missing Accessories:
The value of missing items will be deducted from the credit amount of a return. For even exchanges, we will exchange what the customer returns (e.g., box for box, manual for manual, etc.) Promotional Packages Returns for promotional package items will only be accepted if all components of the promotional package are returned. Individual package components may be exchanged if defective.
Returns of Non-Defective Products may be charged a restocking fee of 15%, if in our discretion we feel that a customer is taking advantage of our no hassles policy.

Mail Returns:
You may return any merchandise purchased online via mail provided that the return meets the guidelines described below. Merchandise purchased on-line through or thru our eBay Store or auctions, which meets the return guidelines above, may be returned via mail to our authorized return center. Before returning anything by mail to us, you first must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA").

How to obtain an RMA:

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Click on the “Previous Orders” link.
  3. Click on the “Submit” link under the RMA column.
  4. Complete the RMA Request form. Please provide as much information as possible.
Any returns mailed to us without a pre-approved RMA may be refused without notice, automatically returned, and a handling fee assessed. An RMA is valid for 10 days. You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated. If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the Product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in conformity with this policy, the purchase price will be credited to your credit card or PayPal account, a mail refund check will be issued for a purchase made with a personal check or money order as the sole payment method. Allow 14 days (not including delivery time for mail refunds) from when we accept your returned product and/or replacement unit for the processing of your credit. Additional charges may be assessed for Products returned with any missing items such as manuals and/or accessories. For Product that we verify to be defective, we will reimburse you for your original ground shipping expense on the Product that you return or exchange. If you choose to use some type of Next Day Service, you will be responsible for the difference between that service and FedEx Ground.
