Return Policy

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.
  • Returns
    • - You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
    • - Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
    • - Proof of purchase is required to process all returns.
    • - Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.
    • Please Note: Returns of non-defective products are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Skywalker does not reimburse shipping costs on products returned due to customer error. Call Customer Service at 1-800-844-9555 to start the return process and request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  • Damaged or Defective Items
  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item at info@skywalker.com.

      To report a damaged item, please email us at info@skywalker.com and include:
    • - Your order number
    • - A description of the issue
    • - Photo evidence clearly showing the damage or defect. Include 6 images for damage verification including the box exterior from all sides, the inside packaging, and the product damage.
    • Once verified, we will exchange the defective item with the same exact product. If the product is no longer available, we will issue a refund for the purchase price. Claims submitted after 3 days may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • Non-Returnable Items
  • We do not accept returns on the following: Items marked as Open Box, Final Sale or Clearance

  • Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.

  • Exchanges
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us following the steps outlined under Damaged or Defective Items.

  • Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or shipping damage.
