great speakers.crisp and clear sound.don't know why other people reviewed and said no bass unless u have a small room.they're crazy!!!normal living room and i have awsome bass. would diffenitely buy from a1 again.

these speakers are awesome. Just the right size and plenty of bass for what I need. great speaker for movies or music works great with my onkyo.

I am pleased with our Cerwin-Vega VE-8F speakers. They have great sound which fills a medium sized room quite well. Ours are setup as part of a home theater (2.1 system). When I purchased them I was a little concerned that they would have enough base. They sound great. We listen to mostly rock and country along with the TV. There is no problem getting to really enjoy the music.
They do not have as much base as our Cerwin-Vega AT10's but sound just as good. In a larger area a bigger speaker might be desired (like our living room/dining room where the AT-10's are located), but in a medium sized area they are great. Trebble and midrange are also very strong. They are also very nice looking speakers.
