NetBoxx 7.1-channel receiver features an AM/FM tuner, decoding of all Blu-ray surround formats, Dolby Pro Logic IIx, Dolby Volume, 7x100-watt Class D amplifier, three HDMI Deep Color inputs, second-zone audio, automatic speaker setup and room EQ via included microphone, front and rear USB ports, and 24-bit A/D converters. Sherwood’s first networked audio/video receiver, NetBoxx can play back both physical and Internet/streaming media from a PC or NAS device. This receiver supports PlayOn and streams Hulu, Netflix, CBS, CNN, ESPN, Rhapsody, Amazon Video On Demand, CinemaNow, YouTube, and SHOUTcast Internet Radio stations. NetBoxx can also access personal media, including photos, video (720p/60 resolution), and audio files on a home network. Consumers with broadband access can surf the Web directly using the receiver's remote control through an intuitive TV interface and a built-in search engine. The NetBoxx supports up to 7.1 channel audio, and it also provides an option for playback in a second room through its independent room 2 stereo audio capabilities. Conventional radio broadcast is well supported with a 4 Gang Quartz PLL Synthesized FM Tuner, which allows for 30 station presets Model # R-904N Black in Color.
