This speaker is working wonderfully. Accually It sounds better than any of my other speakers. I leave it on all the time and I have had no problems with it at all. I have the Dual Sub woofer that goes with the set and it has blown badly. The was on at the same time and it just fine.

I must say I am very impressed with my ve-5c center speaker very clear and crisp. I have just ordered the cls-6 center to replace it I needed something just a little bigger for my set up. I have 2 ve-12 towers for fronts and insignia 6" bookshelf's and 2 Polk audio surrounds which I plan on replacing with all cerwin vegas. I constantly read about them (cerwin vega's) being party speakers for teen ager's and college student's which I find very humorous considering most of them have never actually heard or owned them. I am a movie and music buff and I have attended the CES show in Las Vegas for the last 6yrs and I must say I rank Vega's right up their with some of the most ellette of loud speaker maker's for some reason if a speaker doesn't cost $1000 to $5000 it's not a good speaker. I plan on replacing my surround center polk with the ve-5c and putting my new cls-6 as my main center. I also have dual cls-12 subs. My friends and neighbors hate to go to the movies now cause they always say it doesn't sound nothing like my cerwin vega set up. If you want a excellent system go with cerwin vega!!!!
